Great new house & worthwhile stay!

We had a large group of friends for Southern Decadence, and could not have found a better house for as good of a price considering our 10-14 person group size. This place was surprisingly new, clean, & offered 6 bedrooms which was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay there again.

beautiful renovated home in Marigny

A beautiful home in an up-and-coming Marigny neighborhood. The five of us each had a bedroom and shared the 4 1/2 bathrooms in this multilevel home which may be an issue for people with disabilities. The kitchen, dining, and living room on the main floor nicely flowed out to the backyard patio with pool and BBQ. Communication was sufficient before and afterward. We didn't have any issues during our stay. Everything is clearly labeled with contact information. We did have to ride share for our daily trips and conveniences since we didn't rent a car.

Beautiful home

We had a great stay. The home was beautiful and the stay was great. We had everything we needed. It was a little different from previous Vrbo booking I have done, but this is managed by an entity that seems to own many properties. It was not a short walk to the French Quarter we drove. Overall great stay.

Very beautiful home. Well kept with plenty of room for everyone. Thought 3 floors was cool but a little surprised by it as some of our party has difficulty with stairs and the actual floor layout wasn’t given. Would definitely stay again though.
