Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony while watching the horse carriage rides go by. The balcony opens up to a cozy living room with a wall-mounted TV. Open concept kitchen with bar table and stools, 2-burner Cooktop, and Toaster Oven. One off-street parking spot is available for compact cars only. If your car does not fit, there should be plenty of street parking with a permit we can offer.
