Welcome to our stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat on the iconic St. Charles Avenue in the heart of enchanting New Orleans! This elegant unit promises a unique blend of historical charm and modern comforts, making it the perfect base for your Crescent City adventures.

Featuring a private balcony, a small outdoor pool for cooling off from the NOLA heat, a gym, courtyard, and easy access to TWO streetcar lines on each side of the building!

Sun filled windows, and thoughtful guest touches throughout: you'll feel right at home here! Plan to make memories and meals in our well-appointed kitchen featuring updated cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and island seating. Past the living spaces, you'll have your pick of 2 bedrooms with en suite baths, all complete with comforts and amenities of home! There's even a private balcony with views of the courtyard and parts of the nearby cityscape.

Our bright and open space is the perfect setting for a mid-sized group or family looking to take in the ultimate New Orleans experience. This modern home can sleep up to 4 guests and the bedroom configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed with en suite full bath
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed with en suite full bath

The home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries, linens and towels for your group.

All guests will have access to the building amenities, as well as their 24/7 concierge team. Some of their many amenities include:

Your vehicle MUST fit within the lines on either side of the space, and cannot hang out past the end of those painted lines either. If your vehicle violates these rules, the building management WILL TOW YOU! They are very strict about this! Compact/Standard size vehicles should be fine, but you won't be able to park a mid or full-size truck or SUV in there. If your vehicle does not fit in the space as mentioned above, you MUST park elsewhere outside of the building. There is a paid lot next door and metered street parking in the area. Both can be paid via an app. Street parking is metered, with the meters active Monday - Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm. These times could change at any time, so please pay attention to signage. We cannot provide any refunds if your vehicle does not fit within the garage space, and there will be no refunds or reimbursement if your vehicle is towed due to violation of these rules. If you are in doubt, it's best to plan to park elsewhere.

We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city.

This unit is not ADA compliant. Permit numbers 22-CSTR-12357, 22-OSTR-08383. As required by the City of New Orleans for all short-term rentals, this home is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does not record any audio, it simply measures decibel levels in the home. If the noise level in the home exceeds the thresholds set by the city, you will receive automated messages asking you to keep the noise level down. Repeated violations and tampering with or disabling the device may result in eviction from the property, as required by law.

Guests will have access to the unit and the building amenities (pool, gym, & courtyard - rooftop is off-limits to guests).

Absolutely no parties!

New Orleans is prone to hurricanes and other storms, sometimes outside of the normal season. Please note that we do not move, cancel, or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, road conditions/closures, travel cancellations, and weather conditions. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, we HIGHLY SUGGEST that you purchase trip insurance or book closer to your travel dates.

***There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. ***
1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile.

2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).

3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.

4. Clean towels are a provided amenity, and one set of towels is provided for each guest. We also have a washer and dyer in the unit for your convenience.

5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Additionally, smoking on the balcony or building grounds is strictly prohibited. Please smoke outside of the property.

6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance.
