No hot water the first day of arrival , got stuck in the elevator as well and had to take our luggage up to the 6th floor using the stairs. No change of towels or bed sheets at all , room wasn’t completely clean tub had plenty of stains , floor wasn’t swept. I would not stay here again.

Nothing like the pictures at all. I had to change hotels. The rooms were filthy and outdated. The hallways were filled with trash. Our room door would barely lock. The elevators did not work properly. I do not leave bad reviews like this but please take my word - DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff was very friendly.

The room had mold in it. The staff were friendly but the room did not get cleaned my entire stay and I was here for 3 nights. We also had to basically beg for clean towels and wash cloths.

This was a terrible place to stay. They were working on the water at the hotel so we were without water for hours on the first day of our stay when it came back on it had some oily substance in it. The rooms were outdated with terrible damage and grime in the bathrooms. It was just nasty. Also, can’t forgot that on day 2 of our stay we asked for fresh towels and wash clothes but we were told there was none available at all- had to go to a store to purchase some so we could actually bath. I would not recommend this place to stay at all. The 1 star is generous- Zero stars !!!

The room was very clean (I'm a clean freak), staff was very kind, and parking is free (big plus in New Orleans). The breakfast was always stocked at the respective hours and it was yummy! The only concern I had was the shower curtain, it would not cover the full shower so water would get out, so we used a big towel to dry the floor.

1. The bath tub was painted and it started peeling off after the first bath. 2. The bath room fittings clearly look old and worn out. 3. When turning on the knob, it is the opposite of what we see everywhere else in the world - first you get boiling hot water and then gradually it changes to normal and then cold water. I never imagined this was possible. 4. The housekeeping staff and breakfast area staff for sure don't like to be told anything. 5. The microwave was broken and luckily the lady in the front desk immediately replaced it.

The desk staff was nice, the room was ok for a last minute stay. I booked the wrong hotel. The building smelled and elevator floor was old and dirty. The hallway carpet was filthy. The room was okay in appearance because there were some upgrades. But, we went to Walmart to purchase towels and wash cloths because I found hair. If the snow storm didn't force us to leave a day early and drive all night from Indiana to New Orleans, I would have not booked this place in error. Lesson learned.

This hotel should not be listed on Hotels.com. The place is run down and the smell of mold permeates the place. People hang out in the parking lot nightly, so the area does nt feel safe. Curtains were torn and sagging from the rods. There wew what appeared to be insect droppings on the bed linens. I would like a refund.

Free parking is great, but this hotel is not being properly managed or maintained. Everything was under construction, the room was dingy and dirty, the carpet in my room was literally wet. Towels were dingy and had hair in them. Bed and pillows were completely uncomfortable, toilet seat was broken, the swimming pool light was outside of the pool but still electrically connected inside the water.
