Perfect in every way

This property was excellent for four couples. Plenty of space and so very clean. Great proximity to the convention center and yet close enough to walk to many New Orleans sites. Communication was excellent and super easy and even when we made a change we were accommodated easily.

Very enjoyable stay at the Refinery. We had everything we needed and felt close to both restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The balcony was a nice addition as we enjoyed morning coffees before setting out for the day. The ability to both check in early and check out late was a real bonus as is access to storage for luggage. Made the trip that much more convenient for our group! Would def book again.

This is an ideal location to enjoy Mardi Gras, or New Orleans itself while keeping your distance from the chaos of the French Quarter. From here, you're just a short walk through the Garden District to the major parade route on St. Charles. We enjoyed the amenities of a full apartment, which offered the chance to just relax, away from crowds in a hotel or public space.

Pictures do not justice. This was so nice and clean. The owner was so prompt and helpful with our checkin. They have refreshments and snacks out for us which was so sweet. The beds are so comfy and I cannot say how clean this place was enough. It is conveniently close everything in the French quarters. Definitely a must stay.

We felt like rockstars!

This is a beautiful apartment and location. It was great that Rouses grocery store was within walking distance and the convenience store a block away. The property manager was available to help with everything. The place was very nicely and beautifully designed, we took lots of pictures and bragged a lot about our cool place. The location was good too that you just walk to all of the New Orleans attractions. All the restaurants around the apartment were really good too. No complaints at all!

Great Experience

Our family had an amazing time staying in The Desire! It was two apartments with a door in the living room so we could go back and forth. We enjoyed the view of the city from the balconies. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to New Orleans.

Spacing was amazing

This conjoined apartment was beyond beautiful and very clean. Lots of amenities were provided. We felt safe in this location and is within walking distance of everything. The staff was amazing, quickly responsive, was there for anything you may have needed. Would definitely recommend it!

Clean and Close to Where you want to be!

We had a party of eight for a bachelorette party. This conjoined apartment was perfect - clean, chic décor, and close to where we wanted to be. We were within walking distance/quick uber rides to grocery stores, restaurants, French Quarter, and Bourbon Street. The property was clean, felt safe as you were exploring the property and surrounding areas, and had an easy check-in and check-out process. Great Apartment, Great Location!

The condo was perfect for 4 couples. It's bigger than we expected with a lovely balcony - perfect for coffee in the morning. We enjoyed having two living spaces to spend time together.
