Located in the Historic Marigny just blocks from the hustle and bustle of Frenchman street and the French Quarter and yet just far enough away to enjoy some quiet time, this one bedroom with a private entrance and on suite bath features a queen size bed and is the perfect option for a couple looking to enjoy the colorful restaurants and bars of the Marigny and French Quarter on foot. Deanna's place has a location that can't be beat--just a few blocks from many fine Marigny bars and restaurants, not to mention the music scene on Frenchman Street and the nearby French Quarter. A quiet neighborhood with available parking is a plus--I recommend her place highly!

Wonderful Stay

We had the best experience. Walking distance to the French Quarter and all it has to offer. The other end of FQ is a good walk but doable, epically when you’re taking in all the sights and jazz! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect French Quarter location

Dee was very helpful in all things. Such a sweetheart! Very knowledgeable about the area and great suggestions. Room was perfect, nothing fancy. Shower was either warm or cold, only annoyance…would stay again!

Amazing stay!

Dee was so kind and welcoming! The room was so cute and we felt very at home. We loved the New Orleans charm. The room had anything you might've needed or forgotten and that was very appreciated! It was so easy to walk to Frenchmen street and then down into the French Quarter, and some good restaurants / coffee options nearby. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks again Dee! Our stay was great from the start. Meet Dee and she was the sweetest host. Our room was perfect had everything we needed. Even raincoat and umbrellas. Stores and fabulous restaurants and coffee shops so close. This was easily my favorite stay in NOLA.

Fabulous host/location

Stayed here in Marigny for first w/e of Jazz Fest. Location was fabulous. Short easy walk to French Quarter and just a couple blocks from Frenchmen Street. Place was clean and felt very safe. Our host, Dee, could not have been more accomodating. Met us on arrival and explained everything. Helped with suggestions for dining and even arranged our return cab trip to airport. Lovely host!!

Perfect location!

Cozy little place to rest in walking distance of everything! We averaged 17,000 steps and loved being in the Marigny. Dee is the sweetest and if we get to come back to NOLA, we’ll happily stay with her again!!

we were here on our honeymoon. it was perfect. The little place was out of the french quarter in a quiet space. It is very cute and just enough for us. Dee was great and relaxed. Helped with great advice and anything we needed. She let us leave our bags in room as we had a late flight. NOLA was much fun for us.

NOLA’s best kept secret!

Ms Dee is a phenomenal host. She’s thought of everything! The room was comfortable and so charming. It’s an easy walk to all the excitement in the French Quarter, along the River front, or the laid back Frenchman Street. We will be planning a return trip, if only just to catch up with Ms Dee!!

Cozy hideaway in the Marigny

Dee is a wonderful and welcoming host. Her space is clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a place that's close to the quarter, yet far enough away to feel like you're living with the locals, then this is the spot for you. There are a couple of coffee shops on the streets for a nice latte while you're planning your day. Walking distance to restaurants and food shopping if you need to. Highly recommend.
