The property is clean, and the staffs are super nice and helpful. I would recommend this place. The free breakfast was actually a lot better than any other places we’ve stayed at before.

This hotel was staff were extremely polite, courteous and helpful. The rooms were quiet and clean. The fitness center was well kept. I totally enjoyed my 4 day stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed here the night before our cruise. We were able to leave our car here while we were on the cruise.

Not the best experience
This hotel was loud!! Stomping all night long, dogs barking, kids running upstairs for 3 hours straight. Plug ins by bed would not work. Would not recommend staying here.

The only complaint I have about this hotel is that the drainer in my bathroom was slow, so I had to completely take it out in order to make sure that the water runs. Other than that it was a great day, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We are big fans of Hampton Inn. This property was a big disappointment. It was off the street. The surrounding are was dirty and felt unsafe. The breakfasts were horrible. Runny eggs, Luke warm, no cream cheese, etc. The afternoon cookies were burnt and stale, not freshly made. Parking was minimal. Way over priced for the area and the condition of the property. Don’t stay her. Find another Hampton or stay at another brand.

Ashanti at the front desk was literally our angel! She was so welcoming and made our check-in so easy which we really needed. Meeting her at the front desk of the Hampton Inn after going to the first hotel we booked through Expedia (that shouldn't even be available on Expedia at this point due to crime and even a murder in the parking lot) was seriously a breath of fresh air. We truly needed that. She made our weekend so much better right from the start with her sweet disposition and positivity. She needs a raise!

Gretna Fest Weekend
The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast left alot to be desired. We went eat at ihop across the street. Wanted to stay again Sunday October 8th but was not going to pay 200 something for one night. When i had just paid 200 something for weekned. Other than that. Would definitely stay again just wont eat there.

Outstanding Service
This was the best Hotel stay can remember. We were in town for a wedding and your staff went over and above. I can't remember the young lady at the front desk (name started with a K)but she is out standing. I can assure you that if we are ever in the area we will be back.
