Loved our stay in the Hotel Royal, best spot in the Quarter. Keep in mind how old this building is when staying. Its not perfect and there are things but in all it was clean, and the staff were so accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean. Great staff that helped out with water, directions to places, and anything we needed for the room. My only complaint was the walls are thin and I could hear other rooms, but not a deal breaker. PERFECT location.

Clean Room. Excellent Location, will definitely stay here again due to location alone. The hotel's parking lot is very small though (maybe 10 spots or less). We were lucky it was a slower time, or I'm sure we wouldn't have been able to get one of the spots.

Charming hotel with French Quarter feel. Reception staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Close to Frenchman Street if you like the jazz clubs and a block from Bourbon Street.

Very clean, very quiet considering you are on Royal Street in the French Quarter. Very cute hotel that gives you that New Orleans feeling with the architecture. Friendly staff and easy to come and go! Highly recommend!

Room is small but quaint. Gives you that New Orleans vibe. Perfectly located for walking. Check in person super friendly and helpful. Walked us to our room & helped with our bags. Offered us a bottle of water which we gladly accepted.

This was a cute hotel. It’s old with no elevators so you have to carry up small halls and narrow stairs but it was nice for the rate and location. The bed was comfortable pillows on. The smallest room is VERY VERY small even for 2 ppl. Enough room for a double bed to walk on one side of bed and then very small bathroom.

Convenient stay in old style building with courtyard and balcony in quiet, safe area near to Jackson Square and the centre of New Orleans. Perfect unless you don't like stairs but very welcoming staff will carry your bags up to your room.
