Historic condo located in the Arts / Warehouse District of New Orleans with wrap around balcony. The perfect location for St. Charles Ave. / Uptown Route parades during Carnival Season. A quick walk to Superdome, Smoothie King Center Arena or Convention Center for our beloved Saints football, NBA Pelican Basketball team and so many concerts and events, as well as conventions, trade shows and expos.

The Space:
Discover the allure of this exquisite 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium, boasting a captivating blend of historic charm and modern comforts. Nestled in the heart of New Orleans, this residence features an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, adorned with original brick walls that exude the city's distinctive character. The wraparound balcony offers a picturesque view, creating a perfect setting for relaxation.

Next explore the rest of the vibrant Arts & Warehouse District, an eclectic enclave of art galleries lining Julia Street and its surrounding streets. Our building is surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, and lively bars and grills—all within a convenient 4-block stroll. Immerse yourself in history with the must-visit World War II Museum just 3 blocks away. Witness the transformation of original warehouses, once storing goods from Port of New Orleans Steamships, now charming residential spaces that embody the district's rich heritage.

Getting Around:
Walking is the best way to get around in the downtown New Orleans area and when you get tired, rideshare (Uber/Lift/KrewCar) and taxis are generally readily available. Or hop on one of our famous streetcars to see two major routes throughout the city. The St. Charles Ave. streetcars are Green and head away from downtown on St. Charles Ave, into the Garden District, where you will see the beautifully maintained mansions, passing Loyola and Tulane Universities, Audubon Park, and the Audubon Zoo. Red Streetcars travel along Canal Blvd. from the Mississippi River out to City Park. The streetcars are cash only, unless you buy a pass.
The Hop on Hop off tour busses circulate around some of the more popular areas of downtown and offer pickup every 30 minutes.
The Algiers Ferry is a fun way to get across the river. It runs from Canal Street to Algiers throughout the day. Algiers is small and very walkable. Enjoy a quick bite to eat or just enjoy walking through the historic houses.

Bicycle rentals are also a great way to get around and can be rented from various locations throughout downtown. There are bike rental options like Blue Bike with multiple locations throughout the city and tour companies that have guided bike tours.
