Built in the early 1900s, this private shotgun-style (pass through bedrooms) duplex with 12-foot ceilings will be sure to compliment your visit to New Orleans.
Only 3 blocks from St. Charles Ave, this house is perfectly located to explore all that New Orleans has to offer including easy access to Mardi Gras parades, St. Charles Ave Street Car, Garden District, Magazine Street and a quick Uber/Lyft ride to the French Quarter, Frenchman Street, Downtown/Convention Center, the Superdome and more!
You will be staying in a full, completely private side of a duplex with free street parking and one off street stop shared with our other unit on a first come first serve basis. Because it is a traditional shotgun floorplan, the bedrooms are walkthrough. There are approximately 5 steps to access the front porch, but the entire home is on one level.
Please kindly note:
- No loud parties. This is a neighborhood and we expect guests to be respectful of the space. Quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- No smoking
- No pets
Guests will have sole access to this half of the shotgun double. The units are completely separated by a common wall with individual entrances. The driveway and backyard are shared with the tenants next door.
