New Orleans Family Trip

Beautifully updated older home. Plenty of room for our family. Looked like a safe, nice neighborhood. Plenty of amenities. Our trip was perfect!

Safe Neighborhood

Safest neighborhood in N.O.! We were visiting family. We have a cousin on the same street! Every morning I saw joggers, bikers, and neighbors walking…..everyone said hi. Friendly, safe area close to downtown. House was VERY spacious. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Prompt communication with owner. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home, Excellent Host

This home is super clean and well kept! Excellent host that was very easy to get in touch with and made the process easy. If you are going to the area, I would recommend this home. It was the highlight of our trip.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home in a neighborhood with other interesting historic homes - just a 5 minute walk from the river. The home is very comfortable; looks exactly like the pictures. It was fun staying in an historic home - gave the trip a little extra something. Very easy access. Everything you need is provided. We would stay here again.

Essence festival get away girl trip

We love the house, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Its easy to get to Burbon St. Superdome has plenty of parking for your own vehicles. Everything is nice and Laurie is easy to get intouch with check in was simple and check out was easy this is our second time staying here. THANK YOU Laurie

Girls Get Together

A group of longtime friends met up in Arabi to see one of our Friends who is struggling with health issues. This house was perfect and so close to our Friend but it was so cute and clean and nice that we would stay in it anytime in the future. The owner was super friendly and nice and responsive.

Thanksgiving

We rented this house to be able to spend Thanksgiving with our son who is in the army. Laurie made sure we had everything we needed to make him a big home cooked dinner. She checked in with me several times before our trip and again after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and spacious. Will definitely use them again if we make a trip to New Orleans in the future.

One of the best we stayed. The house was immaculate and spacious. Only critique the beds could have been firmer and the shower heads in both bathrooms could have more water pressure. besides that we had a great stay and hope to return someday.

We had a fabulous stay in Arabi! The historic home is beautifully updated and in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Absolutely pristine, very roomy, and well stocked. Laurie is super responsive and very helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Fantastic

My family stayed here while in town for a visit. I wanted something close by and nice for them and this checked the boxes. This house is absolutely beautiful, has amazing amenities, and my family said the beds were very comfortable. The coded door locks made it easy for us to come and go. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking large family meals. We will definitely be booking here again next time my family is in town.

Beautiful and Spacious Home!

This home is absolutely beautiful! We felt extremely safe and there was plenty of room for eight of us. It is a short drive to downtown New Orleans and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Laurie had coffee and everything needed if you wanted to cook. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful stay during our short trip. The home was beautiful just like the pictures. The master bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The kitchen had all the essentials. It was truly a great stay. The host was responsive and communicated well with us prior and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again.

Spacious Home

We came to New Orleans for a family wedding. The home was perfect. The rooms are spacious. The home was clean, updated, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Coffee and coffee pots were included. Shampoo, conditioner , showe caps, blow dryers, soap, and lotion were included. Iron, ironing board, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and laundry detergent were all available. Great communication with owner. It made our weekend stress-free and enjoyable. We will keep this place saved for our next visit to New Orleans. Thank you!

Great safe location

Stayed here with a large group for a nearby dance competition. It was only about a 5-8 minute drive away and the house was in a very safe neighborhood. It was a little noisy outside but that’s probably inescapable in the New Orleans area. Definitely would stay here again

Beautifully renovated older home

Laurie was an excellent host. Always available to assist with anything we needed. The home is in a well established and quiet neighborhood and has so much charm and character. Would definitely recommend this VRBO!
