Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Quality renovation with historic touches and hardwood floors, plush queen beds and every amenity including high end appliances. Two blocks from the streetcar that skirts the French Quarter and only a 7-minute walk from the live-music paradise of Frenchmen St. With Robert's grocery store, Walgreens and 3 coffee shops nearby, a multitude of restaurants, and a vibrant nightlife popular with locals, you never have to leave the area!
The Space:
This home has been beautifully remodeled and is ready for your delight.
Downstairs features an open living and kitchen area, two independent bedrooms and one shared bathroom.
Upon entering the home, you'll find yourself in a well appointed living room with a historical fireplace, vintage chandelier and book end shelving. The living room shares an open floor plan with the kitchen which features attractive quartz countertops with an island for prepping food and high end stainless steel LG appliances. You'll walk by a laundry room with high capacity washer/dryer set, which you'll have access to use during your stay.
The first bedroom on the right is furnished with glam nightstands/lamps and vining wallpaper. Plush bed with a large mirrored closet to store all your personal belongings round out the space.
The next room on your right is the beautifully tiled full bathroom with all polished brass fixtures. Of course, you'll enjoy high quality towels and shower supplies.
The second bedroom adds upon the last with a stylish dresser and wall mirror and a colorful rug to place your feet on while using the charming bed bench. All the walls are appointed with classy New Orleans themed artwork.
Through the back door of the home is a quaint outdoor sitting area lit by stringed lighting.
Guest Access:
The St. Claude Avenue streetcar line is two blocks away and will take you anywhere in the city in style, including Downtown, the Garden District, Jazz Fest, City Park, the French Quarter, Uptown, Audubon Park & Zoo, and more. You can truly walk to almost all of the destinations from the house, but Uber/Lyft is also an easy option if you want to venture out of the neighborhood.
Free street parking is readily available on the block.
The house has key-less entry and you will have access to the entire house with two independent bedrooms.
