BRAVO!! The Hotel was nicely appointed, and the finishes top notch. Heated pool turned out to be a real bonus for our group. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room and build were very clean. Only issue were other guests. The person above us walked heavily and someone’s tv was extremely loud. It didn’t last long so we didn’t contact the front desk. Loved the overall stay, great hotel and location. Will recommend.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable, and great for our first NO experience. Close to most things you’d like to see, do, eat, explore. My only complaint is the breakfast as it could have had more variety for GF/DF folks… but after such rich Cajun/Creole lunches and dinners, we truly weren’t that hungry in the mornings anyway. Thank you!

Super convenient given relatively small size. Quite new, so that was good. Just outside the quarter. Parking expensive at $67/day, but again convenient. Lots of people walk their dogs in the parking lots, so watch out where you walk. Easy to walk to quarter, aquarium, Canal St, Jackson Square, etc. Pool small, but warm for kids. Breakfast included was nice, but often out of items. Beds never made up and had to ask for room towel/trash service, but clean and modern rooms. Great stay overall, but a few small things could have made it better.

Great location—close to main attractions and the Mississippi River, yet tucked in a relatively quiet part of town. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly. The room was comfortable and furnished with nice toiletries. Loved the boutique feel, as well as the bar and lounge area. A few minor points: guest room ventilation, especially in the bathroom, could be improved, and with limited housekeeping, a central area for disposing of trash build up in room and used drinkware would be helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay ONE11 Hotel. It is well located in the city, close to the French Quarter, the river walk and very good restaurants. You must try the Oceana restaurant which was recommended to us by the clerk at the hotel! The rooms are very nice with a beautiful large shower and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is simple with all the essential. The workers at the front desk were always polite and nice. It is a very unique small hotel with a great charm surrounded with huge building. Highly recommended and I will return at ONE11 Hotel if I have the chance to go back to New Orleans.

Cold room. Offered space heater so they knew rooms were cold. Asked for blankets they did not have any, but gave us flat sheets instead. Finally got blankets a day later and they were thin and both me and my husband were cold the whole time. Asked for service for the next day once and they came an hour later that we were not ready. But not the next day. My mother in law went to check in a day later than us and we had to hunt the desk staff down after waiting a while. Location was excellent. Continental breakfast was ase
