However, it must be noted that your claims seem to be a bit questionable, as this is the first complaint we have received regarding cleanliness. Remarkably, it’s also a dramatically different experience than every other guest that has ever stayed at our place. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and an excellent guest experience, as evidenced by the other reviews.
