Welcome to our Victorian-styled home, tucked into the heart of Uptown. Recently updated. Big backyard & front porch overlooking our native gardens. Walkable to Freret, St Charles, and Prytania St corridors. Coffee shop, bahn mi, & freshly shucked oysters just down the street. Streetcar stops 3 blocks away. Short trip to Tulane or Loyola. Superb location to experience many of the biggest Mardi Gras parades. This is your launching pad to take in what New Orleans is all about.
This home holds its original charm – clawfoot tubs with chrome fixtures, hardwood floors, tall ceilings, coal fireplaces (non-functioning) throughout, transoms, and original windows. Updated kitchen and floorplan (all bedrooms are separate, unlike traditional shotgun floorplan, converted to single-family).
