Only half a block from the famous St. Charles St. and a 5-min driving distance to the city’s historic French Quarter, this 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom spacious condo will have you living a VIP lifestyle for the duration of your stay in NOLA. The condo has a huge floor plan, features custom high-end furniture and appliances, as well as a living room with wall-to-wall.

Located just a block from public transportation, including St. Charles Streetcar, this condo puts you within a short ride away from French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. The famous Magazine St, boasting some of the country's best dining options, music venues, and vibrant nightlife is only 2 miles away from the penthouse.

And if you feel like taking a stroll down the street for a bite to eat or a sit-down dinner, there are plenty of options only a walking distance away. Anything from high-end dining options to “holes-in-wall” gems known only to locals are at your disposal. Among the crowd, favorites are Houston's, Mais Arepas, Jack Rose, Balise Tavern, and more.

If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located 1.6 miles from your condo. It is a 115,000 sq ft casino with approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games and a poker room. There are several places to eat ranging from buffet-style to fine dining.

House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Families on spring break

The house is simple, with basic amenities. The dryer had no heating element, the fridge door needed to be manipulated to close each time and the showers backed up with water. We had no power when we arrived and communication with the management team was VERY delayed and we did not receive calls back when promised. The area around us a tad rough and on several nights we heard loud shouting on the streets between locals. Dont think we’d stay again.

Not all it appears to be.

Unfortunately we were disappointed in our stay at this VRBO. From the photos, it seems this place would fit our needs — when we arrived, it seems there were some areas lacking.- LEAK: One evening (6pm) during a rain storm, a leak opened up from the ceiling above the stairs. We tried to reach out to hosteva (which was difficult as there is not a direct number to the host). They told us that they would have maintenance check it out in the morning. Thankfully, someone came that evening and checked it out — he informed us that it was likely a leak from the toilet above us (ew!) and he would be back tomorrow morning to fix and clean it — NO ONE CAME. We were extremely disappointed as there are no cleaning supplies in the unit (and now a pot was being used to catch the dirty water). Not to mention the safety concerns — we had older people staying with us and these hardwood stairs were now collecting water. There are also water stains and active leaks that popped up on the ceiling above the front door and dining room table. Of note, it has been 2 nights since the incident and we have had NO contact from the host. - KITCHEN: is not very well stocked- NOISY: at all hours of the night. The walls to the neighboring units are VERY thin.- SAFETY: there is only 1 exit and some rooms don’t have windows on the first and second story. There is not a fire extinguisher in the unit. - There was an attempt to make the unit appear higher end (upgraded), however, it was very poorly done.

Sufficient

The overall stay was good. There is remove for improvements. The dryer was broken, stains on the couch, several lights out inside the unit and most of all it was extremely hot. It's an upstairs and downstairs unit and there's only one ac unit. Upstairs was cool but downstairs where the master bed and kitchen was located was extremely hot. However it was sufficient for what my friends and I came for.

St. Charles Streetcar Ease

The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!
