Welcome to Roami at Motorworks, where industrial charm meets cultural connection in the heart of New Orleans. Located just a 15-minute walk from the historic French Quarter and only five minutes from the National WWII Museum, this thoughtfully situated property places you near the city’s most celebrated landmarks. Whether you're exploring the storied streets of New Orleans or enjoying modern comforts inside, Motorworks offers a seamless blend of convenience and character.

The Space:
Motorworks offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort, just five minutes from the Central Business District. A recently renovated space featuring 20' ceilings, original wood floors, and fully restored windows that fill the space with natural light. Guests can enjoy access to a rooftop retreat with sun loungers, a summer kitchen, and outdoor dining, as well as an on-site gym for daily workouts.

There is metered street parking available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour, Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays.

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.
