Amazing house!

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures! Everything we needed was readily available and the communication with Nicholas was great! Neighborhood was great as well no problems but there is a club nearby called treehouse that partied pretty late. I highly recommend renting this beautiful property.

Enjoyable

The experience was enjoyable. The house was beautiful! The bed rooms did not have tvs but that was fine for us. By the time we got in the bed it was time for sleep lol. The backyard is smaller than it looks on the picture but it is cute and all you really need. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and laying on the lounge chairs. 10 out 10 highly recommend this property.

Essence Fest Girls Trip

This place is beautiful! The house was super clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. It was perfect for our girls trip. The bed was sooooo comfortable and the hosts were very flexible and accommodating. We have been traveling to NO for some years now and this house has been the best by far we have stayed in. I would definitely book this house again.

Great House, Fun Location

Brand new construction. Beautiful home with fantastic amenities. Kids loved having the pool, even if it was a little cool. That is the only basis for not getting a 5 star review - the pool heater never caught up to where it was really comfortable for everyone. The house sits on the edge of a lot of gentrification in the neighborhood. Short walk to cool places on Magazine and easy ride to the French Quarter. We will definitely start here when the next trip to New Orleans rolls around. Thanks for letting our family enjoy the home!

Family and Friend Trip

The house was very nice. The beds were super comfy, and there were lots of towels, which was very nice. It was a short walk to the street car. The negatives: The house had dust bunnies, and the side tables had dust. The HVAC was a bit tricky. The first-floor bedroom was hot, but the kitchen and living room were cool. I would suggest supplying a kitchen towel since one was not available. I like the area and house and would stay again!
