  • The Treme, next to the French Quarter, is home to New Orleans jazz, restaurants, and colorful homes is one of the most historic neighborhoods. We provide 2 bicycles so that you can walk, bike, and explore!

    This large shotgun style home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms will 5 total beds: 1 queen bed, 2 double beds (bunk), 1 twin bed, and a pull out couch. Perfect for families or a girls trip.

    There is a full kitchen with stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and bar equipment. Full sized washer and dryer in unit. Perfect for families, friend groups, or work trips!

    We are fully stocked with board games, Wifi, and smart TVs.

    This location is walkable to many great restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, live music venue, and more!

    We are a 7 minute drive to the French Quarter and Frenchman St. and 10 minute drive to the Superdome. 2 blocks from the famous New Orleans trolley. After you book, we'll provide a list of great restaurants, tours, and sites to see.

    Treme is known for its jazz clubs, soul food spots and cultural centers celebrating the neighborhood's African-American and Creole heritage. Located next to the French Quarter, it is one of the most historic neighborhoods you can find in America. Congo Square in Louis Armstrong Park hosts concerts and outdoor movies. Colorful cottages surround the stately St. Augustine’s Church, while St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 has the graves of early residents, including voodoo priestess Marie Laveau. In Tremé, you’ll find delicious New Orleans cuisine, landmarks with fascinating pasts and museums that help tell Tremé’s history.

Good location and clean.

If you want to experience real New Orleans, you should stay here. It's in a real neighborhood, no tourists. Place was great for our needs and communication was prompt and courteous.

NOLA and Essence Fest getaway

The rental was very cozy and welcoming, conveniently located nearby popular today attractions but also allows one to live amongst the locals and really submerge themselves in the New Orleans culture filled with southern hospitality and great food. I would definitely book this rental again.

Family vacation

The house looked exactly as pictured and the neighbors were very friendly. This house is literally in the perfect location everything was about a 7 to 8 minute drive away. Oh and my family and myself loved how comfortable the beds were. I would absolutely stay again.

My positives: Great location area in the city, good AC even though its LOUD!, good wifi. good laundry room, nice looking home inside.My negatives: Advertisement included parking which i filtered for. I even confirmed with the host. She said there's a designated parking in front of the house. NOT TRUE! Its street parking, always trying to find a space that doesnt block a driveway. Also there's a LOUNGE right around the corner thats packed every night and a lot of people parked on the SAME street parking. Parking and Great wifi was my 2 MUST haves. Also, I could tell it really wasnt cleaned right before I came. A lot of old dust on furniture/rooms. Oven was dirty that I had to clean myself. Neighbors have some beef with the host that I had to hear about a couple times which was annoying. Maintenance was supposed to replace a torn couch on a designated date but instead came days later opening the door while I was in the shower- no advanced warning of this.Overall, i give it 5/10 and i wouldnt be staying here again when i return.

ATX to NOLA

Cute and clean, less than 2 miles from a bunch of cool places. Loved the included bikes. Would like to return to NOLA soon and stay again.

A great spot!

An awesome place to stay in New Orleans. Clean, comfortable, and a great locations with lots of good restaurants around. Only a $10 Uber into the French Quarter or to City Park. Highly recommend! The host responded promptly whenever we had questions. We would stay here again - thank you so much for everything!

Just what we needed

This is the place you want to stay! Close to the action but tucked away enough for your peace and quiet. The beds are cozy. Home is spacious and floor plan is unique!!! Yes yes yes! The host has got style and grace and shows in the decorations. We hate to leave but happy others can enjoy this home like we did!

Everything was perfect for my family

Everything was perfect. It was neat, very comfortable. It had wifi, and firestick to watch movies and more. The price was the best you will find to fit for a small group or family. I will recommend it to anyone. When i go back, i will be hoping to book this exact spot.

Great fest stay!

20 minute walk to Jazz Fest. French Quarter and Frenchmen also walkable during the day or with a group. The house was extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable. It really felt homey and the neighborhood was quiet. Nearby, I recommend eating at Gabrielle on Orleans and Addis (Ethiopian) on Bayou/Desoto. Whole Foods is walkable and has a nice prepared food selection.

Great location and hospitality

The apartment is very spacious with really comfortable bedding. It is close to several bus stops for cheap and easy transportation. Great local food near by. A few bus stops away from the French Quarter. Safe and walkable neighborhood. Close to a park/greenway and Wholefoods. Fast communication and very accommodating to our needs. Would stay here again. Also affordable pricing.

The neighborhood is not what I’d call safe. The back door was not acceptable to me and is attached to the room children sleep in. The walk from the property to the city is not pleasant. Don’t stay here with your family! The neighbor was extremely rude as well. I wish I could find good in our stay. We really tried to make the most of it.

New Orleans

This place is in a great location. The neighborhood looks a little rough (half done construction on the roads, etc) but the people are very friendly. It is about 1.5 miles from the heart of the French Quarter. Close enough to walk yet far enough away to avoid the crowds. We did not use the bikes but they were air up and ready to go.

NOLA for a long weekend

Check in was simple once we were able to communicate effectively. 1) AT&T service has been wonky. 2) 18 hours post hurricane may have caused hiccups in texting/VRBO messaging. Ebony’s place was perfect for our trip. Inexpensive to French Quarter when we Ubered and adequate parking for our rental. Had a great time and look forward to the next time!

Great location

The check-in information was given the same day after the property's staff finished cleaning. This is a great location 10 minutes drive away from most attractions such as the French Quarter, Audobon Park, and City Park. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet during our stay. Some supplies were running out such as the handsoap, and no free bath products or laundry detergent, just an FYI. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, but we let the property manager know and they were very responsive and even offered to fix it during our stay. Overall, a good experience and I would stay again.

This property is only a 10-minute drive to the city. It is located in the Treme neighborhood right around the corner from the Zulu Social and Pleasure Club. Parking can be a bit tight when there are events. There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance like Dookie Chase and Willie Mae's. The area is steep in historical significance and you may just catch a second line going down the street.

Great location!

We stayed for two nights and 2 days at this location, which was a short Uber ride to the Quarter and Garden District. The beds were super comfy, but the seating in the living room & kitchen in this property is pretty bare bones - it would have been great to have more comfortable seating in those areas to enjoy our morning coffee - but we didn’t spend much time in the house, so it was only a minor inconvenience for us. Our only other small suggestion for the owners is to add some sort of towel racks/storage for the bathrooms. The owner was very responsive to communication during our stay, even at midnight! I’d definitely recommend staying at their properties, we had a great time!
