Getaway

Perfect place for a quick getaway to NOLA. Great location to restaurants, bars, coffee shop, shopping, etc. Place was perfect for 2 adult couples. Check in and check out easy as can be!

Great location

We stayed in Jazz Nest for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our visit to NOLA. The location is awesome, we walked to restaurants, coffee shops and the dog park. The trolley was a short walk away and a great way to get to the historic district. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood.

The Big Easy

Very easy rental experience. Comfortable half of shotgun home located within easy walking distance to restaurants, groceries and Mardi Gras parades. The owners live on the other side of the home if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again!

The best 30th bday!

Thank you so much for hosting us for my 30th birthday!! The location was perfect to walk around the garden district and explore, while remaining in a quiet neighborhood. From the decor to the spacious accommodations, we felt right at home. The instructions were very easy to follow and Amanda was a great host. Thank you, Jazznest, for a great first trip to NOLA!

Great stay!

Stayed here on way to Florida for a few nights. Very easy check in process. Pups loved it and dog park near by. The place is adorable, clean, updated and perfect for a couple. Very Walkable to coffee and trolley. Neighborhood is so quaint. Will stay again if we make it back to NOLA

Winter vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the JazzNest. It was conveniently located near the St Charles streetcar and Magazine Street. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk our dog. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to New Orleans.

Perfect location!

Wonderful stay! The place was super clean, organized, and we loved the artistic decor! It was in walking distance of plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and a the cutest coffee shop. Fun, funky, and très comfortable

This place is ideally located for uptown parade watching and for uptown shopping, restaurants, etc. The decor is very fun and artistic - loved it! The communication with our host was spot on and everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!
