This place is the absolute worst. It's almost like a hidden camera TV show, you think someone is just going to pop out and say "surprise, this is all a joke!" But that never happened. There's no one at the property except for the front desk attendant. Your rooms don't get cleaned. They don't have a manager. There's no security or maintenance staff. There's no name tags on the few people there. No one has a name. Like the guy at the front desk that just watches his phone all day and night. He doesn't even recognize you until you knock on the desk . He's three feet away but won't look up until you knock. That's what you get here.

Great location to get around in a car. Felt safe but had to walk to the garage on the corner. Our hotel didn’t have parking the day we arrived and it was a slight bit cheaper to use the garage on corner. The seafood place on the corner was good and I liked how easy it was to get out and go explore. It was 3 adult females and 1 minor. So it was overall a safe place. Front desk was attentive and super nice

I didn’t like the parking, I don’t think much can be done to improve it due to its location. The lot entrance and exit are one in the same and a VERY TIGHT SQUEEZE. Large enough for only compact cars or small SUV’s. It was mentioned in the booking, but actually having to use it was challenging. Other than that, completely satisfied. So this isn’t really a complaint, but a heads up for future guests

The check-in process was efficient and smooth, allowing us to settle in without any hassle. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, which added a pleasant touch to our arrival. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated just a short stroll from the vibrant Canal Street and the lively Bourbon Street, and only about a mile away from the convention center, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. One suggestion I have is to provide a microwave on each level, perhaps near the ice machines, considering they are shared facilities. It can be quite inconvenient to have to travel all the way down to the lobby just to heat up our food. Having a microwave on each floor would greatly enhance the guest experience and add to the overall convenience of the stay.

We stayed for a week. My spouse and I loved that the hotel played gospel inspired music. The staff were friendly and welcoming, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area to make suggestions for us to visit. The bed however in the room was very stiff and made my husband back hurt. The room service was confusing at first, but clarified with the housekeeper which she was able to spruce up our room a bit.Overall, the hotel was great and very convenient to the French Quarter area and local restaurants too. Definitely recommend and we both enjoyed visiting New Orleans.
