“what an amazing place! a real jewel.... a beautiful, well appointed property with some real artistic gems throughout the site. we had an opportunity to meet one of the owners and we were blown away by their sweetness, grace and hospitality. The service staff is all so caring, smiling, laughing and just a happy place. And if u appreciate art and antiques and a restful time, go here! ”

“The photos on website is or old the rooms are and interior cutlery are very old compared to what shows on website. I hate to say but felt I spent more money than the it's worth. I spent at least 200rs less than this hotel with better quality. I wouldn't rule out visiting but hotel is not worth a ton of money.”

“Biggest Gripe. Though I paid in full in advance at Hotels.com they tried to charge me in full again when I checked out. When I checked in, they said I had only pre-paid for a room without air conditioning and then took me to a hot room. I agreed to pay an extra Rs 400 for air conditioning. Then on checkout they wanted me to the entire bill again, as if I had not prepaid at Hotels.com. When I told them I had already paid they reran the bill and charged me way more than Rs 400 for the air……

“Unhygienic ”

“Horrible for the price. Dirty linens, pillows are stained, towels are stained. Non stop loud partying every night. Extremely Dirty & if you see the kitchen you will be horrified. ”

“Horrible Experience....We booked two rooms for 25th Dec in advance. The receptionist Sambit also confirmed the booking at his end. When we reached on the 25th Dec to our shock we came to know there was no booking reserved, when checked with Sambit he conveniently denied any communication but when we showed him our call details he acknowledged he did confirm the booking. They had overbooked the property and we were provided an option to another property which was around 10km away from the……
