We tried to check out early. We rang the bell three times nobody ever showed up. We finally just left.

不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Everyone seems to have this hotel way over rated. Our room had dirty carpet, dirty walls, cracked grout around the toilet, the sink faucets leaked when you turned them on, and the shower basically had one temperature. The best thing I can say is, it was quiet.

不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting: the carpet smelled heavily of urine and feces, and there were actual blood stains on the wall. The shower was incredibly dirty and foul-smelling. To make matters worse, people were openly smoking weed right at the main entrance, making the environment feel completely unsafe for a family. There is absolutely nothing good to say about this property. It is a major health and safety hazard. Do not bring your family here.
