“There’s not a hot tub at this property which I’m very upset about because that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. My room wasn’t properly cleaned and i had to go behind and clean the fridge and microwave. Was told i would be refunded for breakfast because the staff has not been showing up but that didn’t happen. On a good note the staff was very personable and caring. ”

“The staff was great and accommodating while in town for a Hampton University event. The service will be the reason for my return. Breakfast is steady, waffles are good, sausage may need to consider another supplier, not very flavorful, and lastly, bed was great, but it's time to upgrade the pillows, room was clean as always, again it is the service that keeps me coming back ”
