“Exelant”

“We stayed for four nights in this lovely well appointed apartment. It had everything we needed including bowls and biscuits for our dog. It's one of eight apartments in a modern building right on the coastal path with an allocated parking space underneath. It is right in the middle of Dymchurch and is a great place to watch the world go by. The village has everything within easy walking distance including a small Tesco with long opening hours. There's a great choice of cafes, pubs and fish &……

“Check in was easy and location was good, thise are the only positives. The property is extremely dated and dirty. The furnishings in communal areas were torn, threadbare, stained, dirty and smelly. The carpets were dirty, covered in dog and human hair. There was mould above the shower and dirt and mould under the sink. The areas around the toilets were soiled with rusted old urine splashes. There was mould on one of the bedroom walls. The kitchen cupboard fascias were peeling and the handles all……

“Please be aware that you need to upload a passport online to a third party company for every person over 16 that is staying at the property. We were not aware of this until after the free cancellation period was over. There is no mention in the listing or confirmation that the passport would be the only document accepted. We were uncomfortable doing this with all the online identity theft that is prevalent today. The communication with the property was poor. We messaged several times through……

“In a great central location, plenty shops, places to eat, pubs all around and very quick walk to the coast which was beautiful, didn’t realise Folkestone was so nice! Outside building looked very nice, access lobby area clean and inviting. Great shower! (good water pressure!)Apartment was compact but had everything needed. Was a hot weekend so needed to open the windows overnight, could hear people enjoying themselves which wasn’t a problem for us. Some parts of the apartment were tired but……

“Lovely little apartment, perfect for our 24 hours in Ashford”

“A little gem nestled in the countryside with glorious views. Lucy’s apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy, comfortable and very well equipped. Lucy is an absolute hoot- very welcoming and full of suggestions of things to see or do. Perfect for dogs too, with a lovely enclosed garden and lots of walks from the location detailed in the information folder. Lots of lovely pubs nearby too including a local just across the way. We would definitely come back.”

“The room was clean and comfortable! It was a pity that the TV would not receive terrestrial channels until it was completely reset on the next day!”

“The room was clean. Shops were nearby. I travelled with two cats, that was absolutly perfect.”

“Lovely property Roy was communicative and helpful ”

“Größe ist super, es gibt sogar eine kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle und einem Kühlschrank. Lage ist zentral.”
