“Beautiful location. Main building with restaurant and bar has great character. Note, it was just remodeled and restaurant opens next week. Our one king size bed cottage was spacious and had a sitting deck with an ocean view. Price was reasonable for the experience. Highly recommend!”

“Check in & out was super simple. Registration staff & grounds people were very friendly & helpful. The rooms that we booked were very clean and very big. The grounds & the beach were lovely although it was a bit chilly on the weekend we stayed. Skippers restaurant right down the road had amazing seafood! About an hour drive to Provincetown for Dolphin Whale Watch - well worth the trip. We would definitely stay at Blue Water Resort again!”

“The staff was very helpful when we checked in. They don't seem to have a dedicated front desk person so when we arrived at 2, I had to go find someone. The breakfast spread was pretty generous. Looks like they bake their muffins on site. Couple issues with the room. The TV was on when we came into our room. I thought it was a welcoming thing. We turned it off but it kept coming back on, several times. They were very prompt in having someone reprogram it. But it was on when we returned from……

“Expensive room but not sure how it compares to the area pricing. Also, VERY narrow stairway and no elevator. This would be challenging for elderly people. We were fine but it could be tricky.”

“Great location - in walking distance to ferry. Nice, small private beach. Very small, minimalist rooms that are good for a short stay on the island. Updated furnishings but still an older motel - rooms have a smell; step back from the shower water when someone flushes the toilet or you get scolding hot water, etc.”
