"We were there for 5 days. We’re told they’d clean every other day. They never cleaned our room. I paid extra for CITY VIEW!!! Our view was of another building. No city view!!! They were under construction that wasn’t told to us before hand. "

"The staff was phenomenal. I want to start this review by saying that the staff was friendly and very helpful. However- the hotel was not worth the money charged. 1- the elevators were very slow, very small, and, the entire time we were there, one was broken. 2- the set up of the bathroom shower was confusing. I had to call the front desk to figure out how to get hot water to run. I was told this is a safety feature but the mechanism is both old and flawed. 3- the temperature in our room was extremely warm. We made several attempts to adjust the thermostat but the temperature in our room stay between 76 and 78° for our entire stay."
