Everyone at this hotel was very kind and helpful. I felt very safe especially having a child with me. The parking was convenient as well as ricks cafe for snacks and breakfast. I will recommend this place to anyone!

The staff were amazing and polite and respectful. The lounge on the 2nd floor with the fireplace and free coffee was about the best thing during my NYC trip. After a day of sight seeing and walking around the city, a cup of coffee by the fire was exactly what I needed.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, room was big, and the 24 hour lounge was a great added bonus. The staff were so friendly and nice. The room temperature was a little hot for our liking, but other than that it was perfect.

The best part of our stay at Casablanca is when you step inside the door. You are greeted by a helpful, friendly staff and you leave the noise and bustle of NY Times Square away. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and welcoming. The service and cleanliness of the hotel are outstanding. We find it the perfect base for enjoying Broadway plays when in NYC.

This is such a sweet boutique hotel. The staff was professional, courteous and just great people. The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The 2nd floor is 'Rick's cafe' - if you don't know Casablanca - you won't get the reference. It is like a home - living room, dining, and 24/7 snacks, beverages and space to enjoy. The bar in the picture tho - that's next door at Tony's itialian resturant (VERY GOOD!). We were in the heart of Time Square and during the big snow storm, close to everything we could possibly need. Thank you again, to the staff! We will see you again!
