I made the reservation with Expedia and when I got the hotel the owner said he don’t have available rooms. And the money is already take it of my credit card

I was sleeping in a room with dirty stains on the sheets the floors were dirty. I had a leak in the room. We had to move my room to another room there was no iron for the clothes

This was disgusting stain on the bed no tv no damn ac cooler shower was dirty smelll like cigarettes I don’t recommend this it’s the worst

The room was disgusting!!! The place is a motel, the front desk unhelpful. I really wish I could get my money back! The bathroom was super gross. I was so nasty I wanted to leave but didn’t have any where else to go, since he didn’t want to give a refund. I didn’t expect it to be perfect, because of the price. Definitely didn’t expect it to be dirty. If I was an inspector I would close this hotel. The sink was dirty the tub was dirty, there was a stick substance near the bed. Cup have residue on the dresser. Don’t go! If you can.
