I was in need of a quick getaway after the hustle and bustle of Thanksgiving, so I decided to take a short trip to NYC. I wanted to stay in a hotel with a view where I could just sit back and take it all in. After searching for a while, I came across this beautiful hotel with exceptional reviews and I was lucky enough to snag a corner room with breathtaking views at a great price. From the moment I arrived, the experience was wonderful. I was greeted by a front desk host named Vanessa, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond by providing all the information we needed about our stay without us even having to ask. She truly made us feel at home, and the hotel should be proud to have her representing them. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and absolutely perfect. And the view? Stunning. It honestly felt like something out of a Harry Potter movie. I kept the blinds open all night just so I could wake up and feel like I was in another world. The location was great, and I felt very safe the entire time. I also signed up to be an IHG member and received a free breakfast and drink and let me say, the breakfast was not your typical continental one. It was delicious! I will absolutely be returning to this hotel the next time I visit the city. Highly recommend!

Staff was phenominal! Very responsive, and everyone was pleasant. The location was excellent and subway access was right there. There were nearby restaurants and coffee shops, along with the hotel restaurant and bar. Lovely walkable neighborhood.The rooms were new and spotless. It was made up early and quickly. Our stay at the Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District was AMAZING!! We truly were welcomed in New York by every single one of the staff during our first time in New York. The room although a bit smaller than I’m use to was so comfortable and cozy for our 3 night stay. The staff ensured we received everything we needed during our stay via text message while being out exploring the city. We loved the two gentleman who worked the front desk during the night time shift who welcomed us back after a long day with smiles and laughter hearing about our crazy experience and truly getting the “New York” experience. Thank you! I would 1000/10 recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

As usual, everything was excellent. The friendly staff, the comfortable beds, the location, the cleanliness. The breakfast at the restaurant was superb. Just steps away from three subway lines. Walking distance to the twin tower memorial, battery park and the financial district. I’ll definitely be back.
