I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and the staff were all friendly and the place was clean. The breakfast was especially delicious, and Enrich, one of the staff members working in the breakfast hall, was very kind. Thank you.

Hotel situé dans Queens, tout près de 3 lignes de métro reliant Manhattan. Situation ainsi bien intéressante. Avec l'application googlemap, on peut connaitre le trajet le plus rapide et quelle ligne utilisée selon la destination. Stationnement disponible et moins dispendieux que sur Manhattan (environ$30 us/jour à l'hôtel) Personnel efficace et courtois. Petit-déjeuner buffet très bien mais places limitées à certaines heures. Chambre confortable mais seul bémol, le divan-lit était peu confortable. Nous avons dû mettre le matelas par terre puisque sur la structure initiale du lit, il penchait beaucoup. Possiblement OK pour enfants mais peu adapté pour adulte.

Sehr gute Option, um in Orange Walk zu übernachten. Wir haben die Unterkunft als Basis für einen Ausflug nach Lamanai genutzt.

Working in the area and it was very nice and an easy walk. There were plenty of dining options within a 2 block radius. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was the usual fare, but hot and fresh. Room on the 3rd floor facing into traffic on a bridge was very Queens. Blinds worked perfect, but I chose to leave them open for my last night. Overall a GREAT experience for my first trip to NYC. Walked the streets to relax at night and felt very safe.

Hotel property and room was very clean. Updated and maintained well. Pleasant staff, very accommodating. Safe, quiet. Breakfast in mornings was convenient, good. Convenient location to get Ubers or Taxis to Brooklyn or Midtown Manhattan. Enjoyed our stay.

New Buidling under construction and sidewalk blocked off. Very mess around the out front of entrance . Not Hyatt fault, but it just not comfortable or very neat.
