Cute place but could have been better.

The VRBO was cute. For what we paid, I would’ve liked to see better. The rugs under the bed and couch were very dirty. Multiple spills of random things all over them. We were given one washcloth and one hand towel for a family of four, on a 4 day trip. There wasn’t one towel hanger to hang a towel on, after our showers, in the bathroom. We had 4 towels that needed hooks.The sofa sleeper is incredibly squeaky and loud. My son couldn’t move without it waking us. The communication with staff was GREAT! They were very responsive and kind!

We loved the location

Overall, a wonderful property, and we loved the location. A few issues came up during our stay, such as a clogged shower drain, and management responded right away, was very kind and professional and communicated well! We would happily stay there again!

Great Week in NYC

My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. Would definitely re-rent this place for sure! Thanks for a great week!

Cute studio in a fun area

Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. Loved being able to easily walk to Central Park, 5th Ave and Broadway/Times Square area. Studio had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend getaway including a fridge and microwave. Charlene from the management team was quick to respond to questions.
