The space
Guest/s will have an entire private room with a private bathroom attached. The room has big windows and natural lights. There is a smart TV, computer desk (half cleared out, only monitors attached) that will have space to do work. There is a drawer for guests to use for their clothes or stuff.

Absolutely NO unregistered guests

Absolutely NO smoking in the apartment, including e-cigarettes
No animals in the house
Please always close the front door when you leave and be courteous to the neighbors
If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let Alvin or me know ASAP
Unreturned and/or lost keys wills be charged a $100 replacement fee
Please take care of the apartment after each use. Please clean up yourself whenever you are done eating .
Guest's will be sharing Kitchen with Host during their stay.
