This is a lovely place right in the centre of Manhattan, walking distance from the Times Square. The property is spacious and particularly clean and well maintained. I visited there with my parents and they absolutely loved the place too. The owner was very approachable and prompt to reply to all my queries. Absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting New York.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with a disabled senior and the ease of access, elevators, and even floors was hugely helpful. The walk in shower does have one step in but they were able to manage well. This isn't a handicap unit so no bars. The place was very clean. There were ample amounts of towels, and extra sheets for our week long stay. The AC units saved us! Few cons:- check in stay was smooth but it wasn't clearly communicated I would receive a email with code from a email address I didn't recognize. - the toilets both run for a long time, one consistently.- no kitchen towels- the "sofa bed" doesn't have a locking feature on the wheels so it didn't stay together. We did love it and would absolutely stay again.

Perfect for a group weekend trip to NYC. Able to walk to key locations and good quick food offerings very close in the neighborhood. Very clean property and the 2 bathrooms a plus, also very clean . Beats the small hotel rooms you generally find in NYC!
