I really enjoyed staying there. I feel as if I was in my own flat. The room with my own bathroom was cosy and very comfortable. The decor is light. (Bed was squeeqy.) Bathroom, though very small, but well lit and nice. The shower is big enough and water pressure is excellent. Staff: the gentlemen that checked me in is professional. Minimal chatting. The other staffs did not answer to a simple good morning.... It's NYC, so it gets noisy around the area and when house keeping is cleaning. Overall my stay was nice. There were plenty of water, tea, and coffee for guests. The area is walkable and plenty of restaurants around. Not far from Times Square and Penn Station. I would definitely stay again.! Thanks for a cozy stay!

I was told by the staff at night that I would be okay for a 12:00 to 12:30 check out the staff at night was extremely friendly and even responded to my text messages upon my late arrival after I finished work from the election. However I received a message on my unrestricted phone stating that I would be subjected to extra charges if I was not leaving by 11:00 this is not only a professional but illegal as there is no authorization signed for you to remove extra fees at your discretion without a prior agreement please be careful when looking at this property again staff was great at night and I had a decent experience up until the checkout process

I loved this place , so unique , cozy and just literally made me feel secure, they also gave me tea , coffee and water , the blue door is so cute and iconic , the shared bathrooms are really clean

Excellent value for what you pay. I didn't know what to think of the shared bathroom experience or the tiny rooms, but I rolled the dice and booked, and it turned out both were terrific accommodations for the price. Other guests were respectful of bathroom timing and cleanliness, and the room, though cramped, made an adequate and quiet "home base" to come back to after a long day in the city. Staff was helpful and open, and the street the hotel is on is low foot traffic and relatively peaceful. A great place to rest your head.
