"It took 50 minutes to check in, a long line, and not enough staff. When I was leaving, the elevators were full, so after 5 minutes I walked down with my luggage. I understand they had a big group, but if they are having one, they should be prepared."

"Towels felt really scratchy and rough. I was told the pool was fine. For changed, got my son changed and went down. The pool was then out of order. Very frustrating since my son was very excited to swim since he was getting surgery the next day. It is a very nice hotel but really bummed about the pool."

"I would have given it a five out of five but nowhere did I see and nor was I told there is no parking there and you have to pay a valet $20 a night to park"

"The breakfast was the best we’ve had at a budget-friendly hotel. Any staff members we met were very friendly and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable."

"Didn't have hot water for a day and shower never got hot even after fix, advertised washer/dryer was out of order, minimally/oddly equipped kitchen (no drying rack, but really nice coffepot, for example). BUT place/sheets/fridge etc were clean, TVs in every room, and didn't see any bugs or anything. Other than no hot water and w/d, I'd be willing to say this would be good for younger people but if you're a little older or have a young kid, maybe not for you."
