"I booked this hotel for one reason only: the airport shuttle. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a complete failure. After arriving, I went to the designated pickup area and called the hotel multiple times requesting the shuttle. Each time, I was told it would arrive in “15 minutes.” I waited there for over 2 hours in extreme cold weather, repeatedly calling back, and every time it felt like they had no record of my previous calls. I had to explain the situation from scratch each time, only to be given the same response. The shuttle never came. Eventually, I had no choice but to take an expensive airport taxi just to get to the hotel. This completely defeated the purpose of choosing this property in the first place. Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and zero reliability. I would not trust their shuttle service—or stay here again."
