"Parking was not easy. There was an attendant but it was difficult to navigate the parking pass. This is a hotel property that is not hospitable to the handicapped or if you are on a cane. There was no breakfast and the property did not put out at least banana's or oranges. This facility has conference ballrooms and the hotel element seemed to take a backseat to this aspect. I recommend that a traveler do not book this hotel."

"The room was clean. Small bathroom. Water Pressure was low. The location of the hotel was perfect. We could get on a train and go but also we were close to the Prudential Center which was the reason we were there. The bar was nice. We avoided initially because it looked like a small menu but the food looked great. Wish we would of used it more."

"The guests has to pick up stuff at the reception if they ask for something. Parking is not free."
