Property is very dated, my room had stains on bedspread and sheets, the floor was dirty, sink had an ugly attempted repair and water shooting from faucet. They did night clean the room the first night of staying. Money waisted but didn't want to waist the little time i had trying to find another room.

My wife is in a wheel chair. We requested a handicap accessible room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room itself was not large enough to accommodate a wheelchair, it was difficult to turn or get around furniture. The vanity are was very small. Then only thing wheelchair accessible was the shower. The bed was hjgh and difficult for her to get into.

We booked this close to midnight, went to check in immediately, and did not realize that the reservation had jumped to the next day. When we went to check in, they were booked for the night and would not give us a refund. We had the reservation less than 10 minutes after contacting Expedia to cancel and get a refund. Expedia said that Ramada was not willing to work with them and grant the refund.

This reservation was marked as a no show for day of arrival- I’m sorry that you were told that we refused to refund you money- we were never informed of your situation. I am the manager and the person responsible for refunds and this is the very first time I am hearing of this. Staff on duty does not have authority to issue refunds and this would have been routed to me. However the booking company did not contact us on this one. I am happy to assist. And will reach out to you tomorrow.

As a plus - Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast and parking included. As a minus - air condition/ heating unit placed too close to bed with no option to change a direction of fan blowing. Generally we were happy with the stay, family 2 2.

Our stay over all was awful. Front desk staff was rude both at check in and later in the evening.I was shocked that they don’t have an elevator to the second floor. They really need to disclose that better. Cleaning staff was banging at the door 2 hours before check out time. The cleanliness of the room was okay at first glance but then once settled in you could see the age of the hotel by crack and stains on the walls and ceiling. The only thing we truly enjoyed was the bottomless coffee and the gentleman who was running Dave’s. He was fantastic and made us enjoy our time at the in house restaurant.

Washrooms in pretty bad shape. Shower head cover was lose making piping viable. Wifi signal was absolutely disaster. Getting 2 mbps in the room. Upon adivising the front desk, I was told there are a lot of guests so the signal strength becomes poor. What a joke. They should cater for sufficient bandwidth assuming the hotel is at full capacity

Hotel is in poor shape, along with the room. Room was dirty and furniture falling into pieces. Parts of the wall were missing. I booked for four people and got only 3 sets of towels. Room was dark and lighting was terrible, including in the shower. When checking in, I spotted two bedbugs on the couch at the entrance. Expedia page tells the hotel has EV charging station, which is accurate.

Nice hotel with nice staff
I was looking for a basic hotel that met my needs, and I found it. The staff was helpful and the hotel was clean and functional. The stay was very nice after I got into my room. The check-in process was arduous, though not at the fault of the person at the front desk. She was working diligently to help everyone. The key machine w also not working as it should. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is hot. The staff were also friendly and respectful. I also like that there is a later checkout time than other hotels I have stayed in. I would stay again!

Best by far staff was very friendly everything worked properly anything I needed was provided free breakfast great outdoor area for the kids to play 2 entrance doors. The only dislike was squeaky beds . Best price around right next to the mall grocery store and eateries. Thumbs up from me and laundry area a bit pricey but convenient.

This property can use some updating. There were roaches in 3 out of the 5 rooms our family had reserved. The water pressure was almost non existent in our bathroom sink, and one of the wall outlets was sparking. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Institutional looking
The hotel shows its age, in spite of some obvious recent updates, including granite tub sourround and vanity. The flooring has been replaced with vinyl planking, which I can appreciate may be better for keeping clean, but the room feels very bare and echo-ey. There is very little decor to try to soften it at least a little, I used some bath towels as bedside rugs. The chair at the table was in extrememely poor condition, I wouldn't sit on it in fear of getting injured. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful Another issue I have is that the ac/heating unit can be turned Off for heat or ac, but the fan NEVER STOPS and the noise is amplified by the emptieness of the room, It served my p urpose in a pinch but I would not stay there again
