Guest was assisted severally as she had problem reading and understanding instructions from the website and even the Apartment House Rules pasted on the walls.Tried our best to make her stay worthwhile but, she is so impatient dealing with situations as she was found banging on the Gate (despite instructions on the Entrance Gate/Door clearly stating “No Knocking/Banging” and even with the Room keys in her hand until she was assisted to use the right keys to gain access to the apartment.
