When i checked in i received my keys to the house and room, when i came back for the night i was not able to get into the apartment door. It was 3 am and I had to wake up a lot of people just to get in, the owner was helpful and I was able to sleep in the room I paid for but sorry won’t be staying again ! Thank you .

Our reservation was refused by the property, and no refund was provided. Communication was handled only via text message and was extremely unprofessional. We were informed that the property was either overbooked or under construction, despite having a confirmed booking. After this experience, it appears this is not an isolated incident but part of a pattern affecting other guests as well. Very disappointing and unreliable. I would not recommend booking here.

This place is a scam .. it’s not a hotel there is nobody in front desk. They canceled our stay due to maintenance and it was really because we figured they were scamming people. And then refuse to refund us. People were outside dealing with the same issue. Stay away from this apartment. It is not a hotel ! Not a resort !

It did not exist. There is no parking. It was the most horrific barrio I’ve ever seen in my life with drug addicts, using drugs everywhere. It was extremely unsafe, and this was a scam. I could not get a refund and they robbed me of my money.

Upon arrival, the door was locked and there were no instructions given to get into the place. We called customer service and they stated they didn’t even know there was a booking and was on his way. We waited almost an hour and he did not arrive. He was very rude and nasty. We had to drive all the way back home!

Poor stay overall. 1. There was a used c*ndom stuck between the bed and the wall. These rooms are clearly not cleaned AT ALL. 2. Odd things that I noticed via the Bluetooth connection on my cell phone, including the Roku TV in our room being titled "sex room". Go figure, given the c*ndom. Additionally, there was a device which I could connect to, named simply "BATHROOM". When I tried to connect, it required a password. 3). Probably 10 different people came by the building looking for a place to stay, only to be told by the manager that there were NO MORE ROOMS. I asked a few of these individuals about it and it turns out that this business will continue to advertise the open rooms and availability, even if at MAX CAPACITY. These people were charged around $300, traveled here from who knows where (A woman and a man had actually said that they were coming from Barbados!), and then denied a room or a refund. 4). Shared bathroom and kitchen and living area. Individual rooms. No pots, pans, dishes, soap, towels, also the TV remote did not work, even with new batteries, and the TV itself had no buttons besides a power button. 5) Not a great area. Good luck driving anywhere. Hostile NPCs everywhere. Litter lining the streets and yards and driveways. 6) ZERO soundproofing. All you hear all night is cars driving by (at about 20mph, so they aren't even that loud), and footsteps above you, below you, and through the walls.

This was one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. I booked this property out of necessity after my flight was cancelled and I urgently required accommodation for the night. Upon arrival, I rang the doorbell multiple times and received absolutely no response. Another guest was also present, and we were both left standing outside with no communication or assistance whatsoever. The situation became even more unacceptable when the weather deteriorated and it began snowing. Only after repeatedly attempting to make contact were we able to reach the owner, who then informed us that he could not accommodate us despite our reservations already being confirmed. This information should have been communicated before arrival, not after leaving paying guests stranded outside in unsafe conditions. This level of negligence is indefensible. Leaving guests locked out, in poor weather, with confirmed bookings demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and basic responsibility. The stress and urgency this created were entirely avoidable. This property is unreliable and should not be trusted under any circumstances. I strongly caution others against booking here.

I was not able to check in. Honest was extremely unhelpful in locating the address after speaking to him on the phone. Google images showed a garage and when I called for clarification he was extremely vague and then asked me to cancel the booking just for asking questions? This listing needs to be taken down immediately. the better business bureau on the business owner and Expedia for allowing this person to continuously wasting peoples time and resources.
