“Everything nice only thing for parking space ”

“Staff was very helpful being that we had to change rooms from one day to the next nice bar restaurant, breakfast buffet, and Beach area”

“The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.”

“The staff was excellent. The pool is at another building with approximately 15 chairs. There is no elevator but lots of stairs. No ice machines but staff will get you ice. No bar at the Lighthouse. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Balcony overlooks the bay. You will see turtles, mana rays, seagulls. Very quiet at night. The breakfast is placed in your refrigerator so cold muffins, yogurt and juice. We loved every minute there.”

“Loved the location and how clean the hotel was. Room may say coastal but does not have water view. It’s decorated in coastal decor. There is no Buffett breakfast offered only menu items that were just ok. Small pool. No bar service the first day. Second day they had offered bar service at pool but the poor bartender had to keep going up and down to get drinks. Not Whst I expected”

“Dirty rooms. smells horrible. doors couldn’t open. front desk super rude. Carpet has mold. rooms are dusty. sheets were dirty i saw yellow stains everywhere.i used to love this place. i never want to go back now. 0/10”

“It was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Never had an issue with parking and it was close to lots of places”

“Stayed one night just to not have to continue a long drive - Smelled musty and honestly, like pee as well. Looked like the sheets were yellow, and the whole place made me feel like I had to itch all night. Stains almost everywhere. And if you have a larger car, good luck with the parking. Staff was super nice, just not a nice place to stay (even just for a night to sleep)…. Hopefully they change all these issues, But if not, good luck to whoever chooses this hotel :/”

“The room was a good size and very clean. It is close to the beach, an easy walk. The rooftop bar and restaurant was a great amenity.”

“Room was clean. Staff was helpful. The hotel really has everything,pool, restaurant, bar and a gift shop. The gift shop also had necessities like toothbrushes(if you forgot yours) and bags of ice for your cooler. I didn't need to leave our hotel for much. I appreciated that as I have several young children and wanted to enjoy Long Beach days and dining in while allowing them age appropriate breaks/naps. Will definitely be back”
