「The house was very clean and had everything we needed for two families. We appreciated the large dining room table and upstairs tv room so the kids had a space while the parents chatted on the comfy front porch. We found that the activity in the prison yard across the street added interest and entertainment rather than create a negative element to our stay. We’d love to return someday.」

「It was a great property. Centrally located for good tourism opportunities. The house had pretty much everything we needed, other than a mop. If we come back, I would definitely bring a baby gate to keep my small child safe.」

「The property was great ! Room to park 2 trucks and a trailer and 2 side by sides! House was super clean and enough room to spread out ! My son is celiac so we brought our own pans and such but the kitchen had all the necessities if we had needed them to cook! Bathroom had towels and toilet paper and soap too! Was just what we needed for a great vacation thank you! 」

「We had a great time at the cabin! The cabin and outbuildings were very clean. The sheets were soft, and each bed had 2 nice pillows. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of firewood and washing water. The host was very easy to communicate with and helped us with our questions before and during the stay. We had a tent next to the cabin and there was plenty of room. We saw a couple of owls and a million frogs, which my kids loved catching :) Note that the cabin is on a well-traveled road which we did...

「The stay was great and everything promised!」

「Our family of 10 (6 adults, 3 teens and one 10 yo) enjoyed this wonderful home for our vacation. It was beautifully decorated, well furnished and nicely appointed. We had everything we needed. The owners were great to work with. The beach was beautiful and the weather was perfect for all 6 days/7 nights. The fire pit was our meeting place each evening. Everyone had enough space and the game room upstairs was a hit for all. A real treasure for UP family vacationers!! Many thanks!!」

「The cabin was ready for an early check in if we wanted. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we loved the beautifulcrafted table. The screened in room was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The house, deck, and dock areas were all nice. We would recommend staying if coming to the area. We visited Tahquamenon Falls, Oswalds Bear Ranch and Benny the Beard Fisher Troll while in the area.」

「It was bigger than it looked in the pictures and closer to the water also. It was invigorating waking up and sitting by the lake waiting for the sunrise over the lake the local restaurants serve magnificent tasting meals as well we spent our time away exploring mostly the entire upper peninsula but knowing we had a cozy spot to come back to had me wishing I had reserved an extra day to stay up there.」
