“The area felt unsafe. Poor lighting, poor parking options. Very noisy. Blinds don’t close. The building was shabby and we were approached by residents upset with unit being rented. Did not feel welcome. The key is in a lockbox on an adjacent property. Lock difficult to manipulate. The rental property was clean but not very comfortable.”

“This studio was very close to my grandson at CWRU. Being close to him was very convenient. The studio itself was very clean but the hallways and stair landings had dead bugs and the windows were covered in cobwebs. The shower door would not stay closed. We put a towel over the door to keep it mostly closed. We told the owner and got a $25 amazon gift card. Stairs are narrow and creaky but that is expected in a older building. Because of the closeness to my grandson, I would stay there again.”

“The property had way too many signs…Eviction notice posted on the front door.,..No internet meant no TV…First stay where there was no coffee. No exterior lighting on parking lot or stairs to entrance.”

“This apartment was great! Pictures reflected the property exactly as it was. It has two large bedrooms and a nice kitchen, dining and family room area. The building was safe and secure and there's a great deli on the first floor that serves breakfast and lunch. Parking was free and connected to the building. Finally, the location was ideal allowing us to reach everything we wanted to do downtown in 15 minutes or less. Highly recommend this property!!”
