This was our second time staying here. We really enjoy the home. It's in a great location with beautiful sunsets over the water, We have only gone in the fall, so cant comment on the pool, but the firepit is great! Plenty of firewood is available. We loved sitting by the fire with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset. Indoors the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is large, new appliances and well equipped. Matt, our host is a great communicater. Very prompt, courteous and helpful responses to any issues.

Easy to book, host was good at communicating. Check in was fine. Property was spacious and the location was stunning. Definitely stock up on essentials on your way to the island as there isn’t a nearby shop and the property didn’t have a welcome basket or even water in the fridge. Beds were very comfy. Only mirror is in the bathroom, more in the bedrooms would have been nice, especially when getting ready to go out. Couldn’t find a welcome folder either and no sign of the WiFi log in. Forgot to ask the host so make sure you do!The nearby town is gorgeous as is the farm shop. We had a great time out on the marsh and beach behind the property too. Overall a great stay, just needed a few extras to make it perfect.
