「There were bugs in our room, bugs in the pool & the hot tub. I tried to tell the front desk, but he was hanging out with a kid and some women in the lobby, & the bugs were already there」

「We had a spacious room with a balcony. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Breakfast was also very good. I appreciated the round-the-clock coffee. Close to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Jewel Cave, among other Black Hills sites.」
