「The staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. However, we were disappointed to find the pool was closed upon arrival. Upon check in we found used floss and candy wrappers on the nightstand which made me concerned about overall cleanliness but didn’t find anything else out of place. 」

「Sylvan Lake Lodge sits above the lake in a quiet area in Custer State Park. Our room had a good queen bed and small bathroom. There was a table and 2 chairs. The lodge had a great sitting area with alot of chairs/sofas. The dining room had excellent dinners (walleye/vegies for my husband and a steak for me). Breakfasts were also good w/ eggs, bacon/sausage and pancakes.」
