「Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by Michelle who assisted us with check-in and parking. Note: we are traveling in a full-sized pick up towing a 12 ft cargo trailer, approximately 35 ft in length all together. 「The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was in a great location. The breakfast was lame. There was packaged muffins, bread and a do-it-yourself waffle maker. No fruit or other varieties. No juice, only coffee or tea. We stayed 3 nights. There was no room service the until the second day when the trash was dumped, the towels picked up and the bed made.」

「We traveled to this location during the night and it was incredibly hard to see the road signs leading to it. Most of the roads were dirt and some of them were washed out from rain. It is best to get here during daylight.」

「At check in Bruce was super helpful, giving a short tour of things to see in the area. This place serves up a super comfortable bed, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. You have your own parking spot in front of your room. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub. Very convenient location in Custer! Clean, convenient and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.」

「The room had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. It always smelled musty in the room and the airconditioner was functioning but the room remained very humid. There is an area for pets, which was convenient. The pool was fine but the bathrooms in the pool area were filthy. They clearly hadn't been cleaned in awhile and there was no hand soap. This was the situation each day so clearly it isn't done daily. The breakfast was good as well. It is very convenient to downtown Custer.」
