New French Country Cottage - Horses Welcome!

This lovely cottage was custom built in 2020 with a French Country décor. It sits just seconds off the I-80 and is nestled in a small valley providing quiet privacy. Come enjoy the serenity of 20-acres of rolling hills where six horses run and play just 50 feet behind your private patio.

We welcome those looking to enjoy a quiet setting (no parties or loud music, please).

Guests have access to the entire cottage; a completely separate and private residence from the main house. The cottage boasts 1100 square feet of tranquility with two living areas and two separate sleeping areas, each with a private entrance. French doors provide the opportunity to have breakfast while watching the wildlife roam. With over a dozen oil paintings from all over the world, this little country cottage is an art lovers dream. Very private, quiet, and well appointed.

We love animals and have 2 friendly dogs who roam the property. We therefore ask your pets remain at home.

Our younger dog, Oscar, is a recent rescue who thinks greeting our guests with enthusiastic barking is just the best thing ever! He is friendly and will cover you in kisses if permitted. We appreciate your patience with his greeting methodology as he learns to be a good, quiet dog.
