「The cabins are so cute and cozy! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all our needs for utensils and pots and pans and dishes. The fridge is good sized. My only complaint is the comfort of the futon and chairs but we didn’t really use them much because the outside was just to beautiful to stay indoors much.」

「The location is close to alot of places to see!! Plenty big! Loved the hot tub! And pool table! Guest bathroom tub still had soap in the bottom of it...and the keurig stopped working. The deer would come out every evening around dusk. The guy behind the house would feed them. There were about 30 of them. The house was very nice!!!」

「A private, peaceful, beautifully built home sitting on a fenced pasture facing away from town with stunning views of the Black Hills including cattle and horses. 3 gorgeous decks-views on every side of this home. This home was built facing a direction where you even have privacy while you are outdoors and set very far away from the road with an entryway marked by large boulders and iron eagle sculptures. Immaculately clean with oversized comfortable furniture in each living area.」

「Our stay was great. The place was nice and clean, everything was there for our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Only one minor detail, we are all shower kind of people, but that didn’t work, we had to take baths. Not a biggie though. It was a wonderful stay and if available, will stay here again.」

「We have enjoyed a good amount of vacation homes, but Tammy and Josh hit it out of the park. The location was perfect with Bear Butte straight out the front door. A lot of planning went into this home. The check in was seamless and the amenities were all new and clean. One of the chemical floaties in the hot tub wasnt working correctly so the tub wasnt quite right. One call and josh took care of it immediately. 「The property was easy to get to, the Staff were all absolutely amazing. My family and I stayed there for 6 days, when we checked in the first night our shower leaked out all over the floor while it was running, they upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge the next day when we told them about it.
